Also, Alfred's whole character is basically a shout out to the NJ drama llamas, wherever they may be, who helped me come up with the original Alfred. His real first appearance on this blog, you may remember, was in the first Stevengers post (and sometime between then and now his name got changed from Albert to Alfred...?)
